Check In/Pickup Location Details

  • If you are taking the public Subway (the L), the office is located midway between the Roosevelt stop (Red, Orange and Green Lines) and Harrison (Red Line only).
    Parking options within a few blocks of the activity provider's office are available with rates posted as you enter. Please note that the open air lots will require you to pre-pay for parking and tow violators regularly for not having a ticket on their dashboard. Additionally, parking rates are subject to special event pricing on busy weekends when there are festivals, concerts, and other major events, so please plan accordingly.

Restrictions

  • Guests must be at least 99 lbs (45 kg) to participate in this activity.
  • Guests must be below 260 lbs (118 kg) to participate in this activity.
  • Children 12 years old and above can participate in this activity.
  • Guests who are pregnant are not permitted to participate in this activity.
  • The tour operates in groups of eight guests or less. If the party is larger than eight, the group will be split up for safety reasons.

  • Gratuity is not included in the price.
  • This activity operates regardless of weather.
  • The tour guide has full discretion to refuse service to customers based on attire, behavior, physical fitness and condition.

  • A valid government-issued photo ID
  • Please do not bring too many belongings. The Segways are equipped with small bags for cameras and small purses.
  • There is no deposit required, but the activity provider requires a credit card to save on file while on tour. Card will not be charged unless there is damage caused to the Segway and card information will be deleted immediately upon completion of a damage-free tour.

  • Participants 18 years old and under must have a parent or guardian sign their liability waiver.
  • Participants under 18 years old must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
